Examples of Products Available
All Insulated Containers are manufactured from high quality PUR polyurethane foam and high density PE Polyethylene.
As part of the cold chain approval design process we will submit your cold chain pack to a third party lab for verification and validation testing which will include:
Range of Gel Packs and PCM based cold chain refrigerants:
Gel Pack is a +30°F formulation that is non-toxic and non-caustic. It is the most cost effective refrigerant. Gel Packs are the perfect refrigerant solution for shipments and packaging where variable height tolerances are acceptable as this formulation does tend to have irregular expansion during the freezing process. This product can be reused, but is generally used for shipment in one way packages because of its low cost nature.
Phase Change Material (PCM) products are non-toxic, inorganic and organic products engineered for Thermal Energy Storage. Energy is stored as a combination of sensible and latent heat. During the process of phase change between solid-liquid, thermal energy is absorbed or released at a constant temperature which provides the unique capability to control temperature during the process of thermal energy storage.
